About Productivity Toolbox.
Productivity Toolbox is a Navisworks add-in that packages the workflows Navisworks ships without. It is a focused set of property-driven tools for BIM coordination teams.
The product
The plugin installs as a native ribbon tab inside Navisworks Manage and Navisworks Simulate. It focuses on eight capabilities: automated clash grouping, property-driven selection and search sets, viewpoint isolation and color-coding, image/HTML/Excel reports, custom quantity take-offs, property-based model explode, find-in-sets for elements, and automated viewpoint generation with consistent coloring.
The problem
Navisworks is an excellent model review application, but many coordination workflows are left to the coordinator as manual work: grouping hundreds of clash results, generating consistent viewpoint decks, and exporting reports in a project template. On a typical week that is hours of repetitive effort that the model's own properties should be doing for you.
The publisher
Productivity Toolbox is built and maintained by a solo publisher with a civil engineering background and direct BIM coordination experience on major building and infrastructure projects. Updates are shipped on a rolling schedule, and support goes directly to the maintainer. No ticket queue.
Distribution and billing
The plugin is sold exclusively through the Autodesk App Store. Autodesk handles installation, licensing, and billing. This site exists for product information and trust. It does not process payments, manage accounts, or host downloads.
