Current- New Section Box Manager pane under Other Tools: lists the Revit rooms under their levels, sections the view to a room or level in one click, and sections checked rows together. Closing the pane clears the section.
- New Generate Timeline command under Other Tools: builds the TimeLiner task tree from a selection set folder, orders it with a sequence blueprint such as UniFormat by level, and lays out planned dates from a start date.
- Clash Results: new Auto-group button groups every clash of the selected test by nearest level, grid intersection, assignee, status, an item property or the item source file, with an optional second rule and a minimum group size. A run is one undo step and can be cancelled part way.
- Clash Manager: Set Status For All Results sets every result of a test in one step. Clash Results: Add To Group and drag-and-drop move results between groups.
- Clash matrix: Save Matrix understands folders inside folders, limits pairs to the same group, and adds cell drop-downs and a legend. Load Matrix previews created, updated and skipped tests, updates existing tests in place instead of duplicating them, names tests from the set paths, and creates clash test folders on Navisworks 2027. A load is one undo step.
- Clash Manager: new Matrix report with the checked tests on a set-by-set grid, one sheet per status and optionally per assignee.
- Clash history: a Standard, Assigned To or Detailed report export can append a dated snapshot to a history workbook beside the model. Later exports gain a Since column, delta columns on the Summary sheet and a Delta sheet. A test left out of an export keeps its last counts instead of being reported as resolved.
- Clash Manager: Excel reports open on a Summary sheet with a status-by-test matrix; the Standard and Assigned To reports add a pivot; the Detailed report gains priority, dates, age, distance, nearest level and grid, both items and their Revit ids.
- Navisworks 2027: clash tests placed in folders are listed in the Clash Manager with a Folder column and in the Clash Results test drop-down as Folder/Test, and are included in batch update, rename and reports.
- Clash Manager and Clash Results: every control has a tooltip, the test drop-down shows each test's result counts, and a colours drop-down switches the isolated clashes between red and green sides and status colours.
- Grouping is much faster: a rule set reads the model once for all its rules. Importing six rule sets into an 11,000-element model went from 30 seconds to 2 seconds. Saving the complete structure to selection sets is fast again.
- More long operations can be cancelled from the progress bar: creating or editing a grouping, Import Rules, Cache Properties, batch-updating clash tests, Explode Model, Save all groups to selection sets and Import Properties. Import Rules validates the rules before running and lists each failed rule with the reason.
- Group Elements and QTO Report dialogs open with their category and property lists filled from the property cache. Group Elements and the Selection Set Manager keep the branches you had open and the scroll position.
- HTML report: single-file mode embeds the images in index.html, a Compact image size makes the report about four times smaller, and the Zoom To Fit setting is honoured.
- New user guide covering every ribbon button, pane and dialog with screenshots, published at productivitytoolbox.app/docs/ and opened by the Help button on a new Help panel at the end of the ribbon.
- Every ribbon button has a tooltip, and F1 opens the help page for that command on productivitytoolbox.app.
- Settings, exported rules, run groups, property caches, timeline blueprints, the clash history workbook and every Excel export are written to a temporary file and swapped in at the end, so a crash, a full disk or a file open in Excel can no longer leave a half-written file behind.
- Rules files, property caches, property exports and CSV files are written the same way in every Windows language, so a file made on a German machine opens on an English one.
- Error dialogs show a short reference code to quote in a support email. Error reports no longer contain file paths or your Windows user name, and diagnostics no longer include the Autodesk user name; only a one-way hash of the user id and a random install id are sent.
- Navisworks Simulate: the four clash buttons are greyed out with a Navisworks Manage only tooltip instead of opening an error.
- Navisworks no longer freezes on a licence check when you are offline: the 24-hour offline grace is used first, and a check that cannot connect gives up after five seconds.
- Fixed the Tolerance column in the Standard clash report, now converted to the display unit with the unit in the header. Fixed the Assigned To column in the Detailed report on Navisworks 2026 and 2027.
- Dozens of fixes found by a new automated test suite that runs on Navisworks 2021 to 2027, across Group Elements, Import Rules, the property cache, the QTO report, property export and import, the image report, the clash matrix, clash grouping and renaming, Generate Timeline and the Selection Set Manager.
